Method
How an order works
You pay by LC, against documents checked by your bank. Until it reaches your dock, the cargo travels under our responsibility.

Quality disputes
A sealed sample is kept for 90 days. If we disagree, a third-party laboratory decides.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What volumes do you deliver?
We deliver by 20-foot container, from 5 to 20 tonnes. Regular needs can be covered by a supply contract with a delivery schedule.
How is quality checked?
Every lot is weighed, sampled and assayed at loading by an independent company (SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek). You receive the weight and assay certificates, and a sealed sample is kept for 90 days for arbitration.
Who handles customs and REACH?
Our forwarder handles customs formalities in your name. You remain the importer, under your EORI number and REACH registration. A representation mandate signed once is enough.
How does payment work?
By irrevocable sight letter of credit (LC) under UCP 600. Your bank only pays against compliant documents, including the inspector's certificates.
How are prices set?
In US dollars, either fixed or indexed on market reference quotations (Fastmarkets for antimony, LME for tin, copper and lead), depending on specification and volume.
Can you provide a sample?
Yes. We send a qualification sample with its certificate of analysis. Send us your specification and your laboratory's address.
